Well, yikes, this looks unpleasant in a pleasant way.
Actually, when I looked at it as a thumbnail, I thought those were maggots and worms, which probably would have had me running for the hills even more.
The figure looks incredibly haptic, as if you could feel the individual scales, the shading and highlighting also make it look plastic. The snakes wringing under and over each other are well accentuated by the cross-hatching on their bodies, it makes it easier to distinguish them and to grasp the volume of their bodies.
As a piece of advice: The chin area could use more shading, speficially her upper lip, the are below her lower lip and the right where it goes into the underside of her chin. Also: This is of course your choice, but personally I´m not sold on the blue eyeshadow, it seems out of place.
The details, like the little pores on her forehead really make this picture, good work!
